What is self-billing?
Self-billing is when you select "NOW" when accepting your payout. Gigapay automatically generates an invoice on your behalf, and the payment is processed immediately. The fee for self-billing is 4% for Individuals or 2% for Sole Traders and Companies.
How do I download my self-billing receipt?
Step 1: Log in to Gigapay
Go to https://app.gigapay.com/login and log in with your email address or BankID.
Step 2: Find your payout
Once logged in, you'll see your dashboard with all your payouts listed.
Step 3: Click on the payout
Click on the specific payout you need the receipt for.
Step 4: Download the receipt
Scroll down on the payout details page, and you'll see a "Download receipt" button or link. Click it to download your receipt.
What information is on the receipt?
The receipt includes:
Payout description
Amount (excluding VAT if applicable)
Date
Reference number
Your payment details
When can I download the receipt?
You can download the receipt once the payout status shows as "Completed" or "Paid."
I can't find the download button. What should I do?
Make sure you're logged in with the correct email address
Ensure the payout has been completed
Try refreshing the page

Can I get receipts for all my past payouts?
Yes. Simply click on each individual payout in your dashboard to access and download its receipt.
