With Gigapay, your Client creates Payouts for you to claim. Whenever a new Payout becomes available, we send you an email to the address registered on your account. Create your account first so you can claim it.
Once you receive the notification, log in to Gigapay or follow the link in the email to open your Payout.
Your Dashboard
After you log in, your Dashboard lists the Payouts available for you to claim.
If you received an invitation for a Payout and cannot see it on your Dashboard, contact our Support team. We will investigate and sort it out for you.
The Payout Page
Open a Payout to see who sent it, the amount, and any deductions that apply based on the payout method and Entity Type you chose.
Your options depend on your country and your Entity Type:
Without a company: A fee applies when you claim your Payout. The exact fee depends on your Client and appears on the Payout page before you claim.
With a company: A fee applies if you use automated invoices. You can also send us your own invoice at no cost.
To change your Entity Type or add your company information, go to your Settings when logged in. Contact our Support team if you have trouble changing it.
How You Receive the Money
Depending on your location and Entity Type, you can receive your Payout by bank transfer, or by Swish if you are in Sweden.
PayPal is no longer available as a payout method for new accounts. If PayPal was already set up on your account before it was withdrawn, you can keep using it. Everyone else should add a bank account instead.
After You Claim
Once you claim a Payout, the money can take up to 3 days to reach your account. Look for a transaction from Gigapay in your bank record.
If you chose the manual invoicing option, send us your invoice so we can pay you. We pay within 15 calendar days after we receive your invoice.
