I didn't receive my login code

What to do when the login code sent to your email doesn't arrive.

When you log in to app.gigapay.com, we send a one-time code to your email address to verify it's you. If the code doesn't arrive, the steps below usually solve it.

Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Login codes sometimes land in spam, junk, or promotions folders instead of your inbox.

  • Search your mailbox for "Gigapay" to find the code quickly.

  • If it landed in spam, mark it as "Not spam" so future codes arrive in your inbox.

Make Sure You Are Using the Right Email Address

The code is sent to the exact email address registered on your Gigapay account.

  • If you signed up with a different address, the code will be sent there instead.

  • Check for typos in the address you entered before requesting a new code.

Request a New Code

Codes can occasionally be delayed.

  • Wait a minute or two, then request a new code from the login screen.

  • Only the most recent code is valid.

Add Gigapay to Your Safe Senders

If your email provider or company mail server uses strict filtering, our emails may be blocked before they reach you.

  • Add Gigapay to your safe senders list.

  • If you use a work email, ask your IT team to allow emails from Gigapay.

Waiting for an Invitation Code Instead?

An invitation code is not the same as a login code.

  • Invitation codes are only sent once your collaboration has been approved and the Client has created your Payout.

  • Until that happens, no code exists to send, and Gigapay cannot send one manually from our end.

  • If you are expecting an invitation and it has not arrived, please check with the Client that your collaboration has been approved.
