View, search, filter, and manage all your recipients from the Recipients page.
Viewing Your Recipients
Navigate to Recipients from the navigation bar. Your recipients are organized into four tables based on their status:
Pending: Recipient has been created but the invitation has not been sent yet.
Invited: Invitation email sent. Shows how long ago (for example, "3 days").
Onboarding: Recipient has started onboarding but has not completed it yet.
Active: Recipient has completed onboarding and is ready to receive payouts.
Each table shows the recipient's name, country (with flag), email, and phone number.
Searching Recipients
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find recipients by name, email, phone number, or country.
Filtering Recipients
Filter your recipients by:
Status: Added, Notified, or Onboarded
Date range: Filter by when recipients were added, notified, or verified
Viewing Recipient Details
Click on any recipient to open a side panel with their full details:
Name, email, phone number, and country (all editable)
Current status
Relevant timestamps (notified, claimed, verified dates)
Click Save or Save & send to apply your changes.
Resending an Invitation
For recipients in Invited status, you can resend the invitation from the side panel. Click Save & send to save any changes and resend the invitation email.
⚠️ Note: You can only resend an invitation once every 24 hours.
Deleting a Recipient
To remove a recipient:
Click the recipient to open the side panel.
Click Delete.
Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
The system will delete the recipient and any associated draft payouts.
⚠️ Note: You cannot delete a recipient who has existing payouts. The delete button will not appear for these recipients.
Exporting Recipients
Click Export to CSV to download your recipient list as a CSV file for your records.
